Pollen: Spheroid, square or 5-angular, oblate (PoFormI approximately 0.89), isopolar, psilate possibly rugulate. Medium-sized polar field (PolFeldI about 0.41). Aperturmembranes are partially ornamented. Pores with anulus, pore diameter about 4 μm. Only PK with 4 or 5 (rarely) aperture openings found. A good species profile (classified as tricolporate) can be found in [1]

PK in Polansicht dreieckig bis polygonal, radial symmetrisch mit geraden Seiten. Die Aperturen befinden sich in den Winkeln. Siehe auch semiangular.
Polarfeldindex: P/aequatorialen Pollenkorndurchmesser. Klein < 0.25; Mittelgross 0.25 - 0.5; Gross >0.5 - 0.74; Sehr gross > 0.75.
